Looking for what to do on your cruise ship while you’re at sea? Look no further than the pool deck! Carnival has recently upgraded most of their ships to include a water park, called Carnival WaterWorks. Waterworks features many splish-splashy options such as Twister Water slides, side-by-side racing water slides, and drainpipe slides, just to name a few.  Each ship has their own specially designed WaterWorks area for everyone, from the young to the young-at-heart, to enjoy! For anyone who wants to avoid crowds and catch some sun without lazing by the pool, top-deck mini-golf is a great option — and it’s free. This fun option is offered on many Carnival ships. The courses generally aren’t a full 18 holes, but they can still be challenging as your putting will be affected by the ship’s movement. For an even more competitive twist, join a mini-golf competition, usually offered once per sailing.

Once the sun goes down there is still tons of fun to be had for teens! Carnival has exclusive areas designed just for teens to get away and have fun. Carnival’s Club O2 allow teens ages 15-17 to hang out with other cruisers their own age and make new friends from around the country and the world. Both cruise lines have many pre-planned activities for teens to participate in throughout the day such as watching movies, playing sports, listening to music, playing video games, or going to teens-only pool parties and night clubs.
